Physical training for the Primitivo

Along with the buckets of ice water, add in a jet engine trying to blow you off the mountain. That about sums it up. 😂

OBSOLETE COVID THREAD Portugues and Primitivo

We did these routes in 2017 and 2019. I would like to find out how the current situation has changed this experience (i.e. masking and accommodations). Is it necessary to make reservations? Is there a current list of alburgues that are open or have closed? We will be walking in March and April.
