Looking for suggestions where to find an Altus poncho - they are sold out everywhree!

Thanks, everyone, for your suggestions and advice! Since my walk with my sister in the US is only 108 miles and it’s in August, I’ll go ahead with an Amazon option for her. I can then re-assess the sweat factor of my own Altus. For my Frances Camino (#2!) this coming May, I now have several new...

Looking for suggestions where to find an Altus poncho - they are sold out everywhree!

Looking for any suggestions for where I might purchase a size small Altus poncho. I live in the U.S. and two years ago purchased mine on-line from a shop in Pamploma, and am looking to purchase another one. It seems they are sold out everywhere I look. Given that my search has come up empty...

    Shoe repair recommendation in Leon

I had great success in Leon with getting my boot stitched up!! Rapidito at Plaza de Immaculada 1 had my boot stitched up in an hour. Great little (and busy) shoe repair shop not too far from the city center - maybe 15 minutes. Buen Camino to all walking, and/or contemplating!!

    Shoe repair recommendation in Leon

Thank you - looks like at least one shop is open Saturday. A good incentive to get going early. That, and the heat! Buen Camino!

    Shoe repair recommendation in Leon

Greetings from Hontanas! I’m in need of some simple machine stitching on my Oboz. Hiking boot. Any suggestions for a shoe repair shop in Leon…or in any town between Hontanas and Leon? Appreciate any information! Sue

    Walking pains - advice

Greetings from Denver, Colorado, USA! After walking throughout most of Covid, I'm starting my first Camino in mid-May and am very excited. Last August I began having a bruised/ache under the 'ball' of my right foot. I saw a podiatrist who diagnosed sesamoiditis - a version of tendonitis...
