First timer, solo woman senior. Travel company or self book?
Another angle on this question. I am 68, fair to good condition. I am leery about going on the packaged tours as some of the daily treks seem quite long. A) Are they manageable for older people? B) what pace should an older person expect on the long haul?- lwagstaff
