My name is Itzi, I am a Yoga teacher (trained in India and Spain, I ran Yoga classes in Egypt and in different cities in Spain). I am from a small village very close to the Camino Francés and I am very connected to the Camino since I was very young. I love sharing Yoga and now I am offering specific Yoga classes for pilgrims in Zubiri (stage 2) in the sports center.
After more than 20 km walking an intense path and carrying a backpack, taking some time to stretch and relax the body and mind may be an amazing idea... If you also agree with this and would like to join my classes, I would love to see you there!

Classes are for everyone (you don't need to be flexible to come) and they will be held in both English and Spanish.
