It is a book called, THE ASCENT TO SANTIAGO: A Contemplative Journal for Those Walking the Way of St. James and it will help you be as intentional about your inward journey, as you have been in preparing physically to walk to Santiago. This journal will open you to the reality of your own heart, and allow you to be attentive to how the rhythm of walking the Camino is forming your soul. It will aid in creating the mental and emotional space necessary for you to put into words what you are experiencing, feeling, and perceiving. It is like having a companion for the journey who gently asks the kinds of questions which enable you to grow in your understanding of who you are and your place in the world.
