This latest version (v3) has removed some egregious errors. I am finding that I am not adding new information very often ... indicating, I think, that its pretty much complete.

I do not have first hand knowledge of most of the information presented here. I walked from Saint Jean Pied de Port to Finisterre in fall 2012. I traveled to Saint Jean Pied de Port from Vancouver BC Canada via London and Biarritz. I returned from Fisterra by bus to Santiago, train to Madrid, and flight to London before returning home.
