Before the Camino: Your Pocket Guide to Prepare Your Body and Mind for the Camino
It's on my list and based on what others have previously posted here, I bought the Cicerone guidebook, you'll just need Vol. 3. Another recommendation was the Lightfoot guide. Both available on Amazon.

I go along with @CTLawGal above.
There is an English version of the Terre di Mezzo book too. It was updated in 2023. I used the Italian version six years ago and liked it very much. It is a bit big. In the past there was an app version, but they discontinued this.
I used the older Cicerone of Alison Raju which was good and also the Lightfoot - (for me, "more is better" ;))
In Italy the path is fairly fixed now, but certainly six years ago the path across France was full of 'variations' so extra books were a genuine help.

I also recommend the Cicerone guidebook by Sandy Brown. We’ve used it and it is great.
