I understand that the "Notre Dame du Bout du Pont" chapel is one that doesn't give a pilgrim's mass, per se ... but does bless pilgrims? I'm interested to know if anyone knows the hours of this Chapel or the days or times they open to do any kind of pilgrim blessing. Thank you so much.

You may have tried searches with similar results, but mine came up with the following:

Link to Gite Beilari 40 rue de la Citadelle

The above link says, in relevant part, "Monday through Thursday, early evening, there is a mass in the church of Notre-Dame with a blessing especially for Pilgrims. You can check the schedule in the website of the church."

I did not find a "website of the church." Another search, without attribution, simply stated, "Masses for pilgrims are held every evening at Église Notre-Dame-du-Bout-du-Pont Church as a blessing for a safe journey to come."

The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.
The first edition came out in 2003 and has become the go-to-guide for many pilgrims over the years. It is shipping with a Pilgrim Passport (Credential) from the cathedral in Santiago de Compostela.

I thank you Blue Tang, that was very helpful
