How to move forward from Carrion de los Condes to Sarria to finish our Camino

Hello everyone. My travelling companion and I are currently on the Camino, arriving in Carrion de Los Condes tomorrow. A situation has come up where we wish to modify our Camino and still receive a compostela.
Our mindset is to travel from Carrion de Los Condes to Sarria and do the last few days to qualify for a compostela.
Any thoughts on the best way to travel from Carrion de Los Condes to Sarria?

€2,-/day will present your project to thousands of visitors each day. All interested in the Camino de Santiago.
From memory there is no bus from Carrion on Sundays- someone may know for definite if this is currently true.
May I make a different suggestion- Fromista has a train station. But it will still take most of the day!

The 2024 Camino guides will be coming out little by little. Here is a collection of the ones that are out so far.
There are only three busses per week from Carrion to Leon; but as luck would have it one is on a Sunday at 1800hrs. (That would never happen to me).

Overnight in Leon.

From Leon you can take a train - changing at Monforte de Lemos to Sarria.

Unless you’re lucky with the train times; it’ll take a good 4 hours.

If you haven’t figured it out by now the Spanish rail system is based around travelling to and from Madrid.

Thank you everyone for your responses. Looks like tomorrow in Carrion due Los Condes, and moving forward on Monday. Thanks again.

...and ship it to Santiago for storage. You pick it up once in Santiago. Service offered by Casa Ivar (we use DHL for transportation).
Fail to prepare? reduce your risk by buying this book full of practical info.
