Weather-Related Troubles?

Richard Ray

Not What He Once Was
Time of past OR future Camino
2019
Is anyone aware of any weather-related damage on the CI - either the path itself or the pilgrimage infrastructure (albergues, cafes, etc) - from the recent Hurricane Kirk. I'm hoping to begin my walk from Ferrol on Sunday. Gracias a todos.

The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.
Yes, I have been on the Ingles starting from Ferrol and am in Ordes tonight. Other than quite a bit of rain on and off, the only evidence I have witnessed is occasional fields of mowed down corn, but have not experienced high winds or any real destruction. I will be in Santiago in two more days.

Fail to prepare? reduce your risk by buying this book full of practical info.
2nd ed.
I just finished Ingles, was in Ordes when Kirk passes by. As said before, laid down cornice, also some tree branches on the road, but appartently no makpr damages.

Can anyone send me in the direction of any recent posts/threads relating to the same question for Camino Frances? Due to pick back up from Carrion (all jokes welcome) at the end of October and getting prepped now (mentally is one thing but wet gear might need an upgrade depending….)
