Wont happen, but someone..will record the entire ..an entire path in high definition stereo and upload to a big screen synched to a tread mill.
Imagine the gps tracks coordinated with a treadmill incline and decline...
Harder up hill at the true angle and down

I imagine 2 things if in a gym
Blown minds!

Or blown gaskets from a few goers who dont appreciate a virtual tour of another country...every day for a month
Flight of fancy indeed!

It's not far off. My friend has a treadmill (nordictrack I think) that has real hikes and runs programmed into the app. Video of the real hike/run with auto-adjusts on the incline/decline so it feels like you are there. None yet of the Camino when she checked.

I mean, you can experience shin splints,injuries,pain and suffering from the comforts of home!
Also
Ask/find out/ recreate menus in spain,portions...thirst..wear extra clothes to simulate the meseta
Be drenched in ice water by a sympathetic friend to simulate a winter coastal route!

Kinda takes the magic out of seeing things for the first time though...

You could do it yourself for the Camino Frances. Just put a big screen TV or monitor in front of your treadmill and BK Lee gives you the full route at regular speed. You can watch them on your treadmill and adjust the incline yourself.
