Need secure parking help for two months

Time of past OR future Camino
Camino Frances planned for April 2023
We need to be able to park a small campervan securely for approximately two months and I am really struggling to find somewhere. We are happy with either Saint Jean Pied de Port or Roncesvalles. Worst case would be Pamplona but also happy for secure garage there depending on cost.
Has anyone done this before and can give names of hotels where they will look after your vehicle or secure garages or any other suggestions?
We are travelling from the UK in our van and want to take about 55 days to walk.
I have contacted tourist offices in both Roncesvalles and SJPP and no luck.
Been trawling the web for ideas but no answers yet.
Grateful for any help as we are hoping to start in a few months time.
Thank you

The 2024 Camino guides will be coming out little by little. Here is a collection of the ones that are out so far.

Biarritz or Pamplona airport long-stay parking.

The focus is on reducing the risk of failure through being well prepared. 2nd ed.

Dear Jules. Unfortunately I cannot help but am very interested in doing a similar thing myself next year. Park a 5m campervan safely in SJPD for 6/8 weeks. I'll keep an eye on this thread but please do let me know how you get on. Ross

Hi Jules,

here‘s the reply to a similar request in a german pilgrim‘s forum regarding longtime-parking in SJPdP:

(Quote)
“You go to the Mairie (city hall) and to the Gendarmerie (very useful to register with both, because then no one feels offended, this is based on certain insider knowledge).
There they make a copy of your vehicle registration and write down your phone number.
They will direct you to the parking lot (Faycelles, near the covered marketplace).“
(translated by deepl.com; original post, link).

At the offices mentioned above (city hall, police) just say:
“Bonjour, je suis pelerin, et je voudrais laisser ma voiture ici.".

This has been practiced by several pilgrims without problems so far according to their messages.

Ideal pocket guides for during and after your Camino. Each weighs just 40g (1.4 oz).
A useful update for this post? Hopefully for some.

I have had a reply from Izarpe Camping, on the Camino just outside Pamplona. I requested a quote for 7,0m camping car & 2,5m trailer to be parked for 21 days whilst I return to St Jean PdlP then continue to Sahagun in mid-October.

I would stay longer in Spain but I am concerned about renewing my restricted medication normally provided thru my French doctor (return trip from the Nouvelle Aquitaine to mid-Spain in a camping car is not great for the planet or my wallet).

This was their reply that I received 23 Aug 2024:

hello
You can park your caravan wiyh trailer for 3.5 per day
