I live in the Netherlands and walked the most famous one from north to south.
Maybe for the forum members interesting too.

And there is also het Pelgrimspad (LAW 7, part 1&2) running from Amsterdam to Den Bosch (part 1) which I walked in 2014 during consecutive Sundays and part 2 to Visé. All stage start and finishes can be reached by public transportation.

I quite enjoyed part 1 but found towards the end that my travel time to the start (by car) and return by public transport took more time than walking the actual stage. I never met another walker along the route but I did cross quite a few other long distance walking routes (LAW). Maybe one day I'll do the second part but I've been saying that for the past 10 years!

I've also walked a few stages in the east of country on the Pieterpad and found it surprisingly non-Dutch with nice rolling hills.

@kiwi-couple fyi accommodations are expensive, the most economical option is to become a member of the organization Vrienden op de Fiets (friends on bicycles) for a small fee. You receive a map and a book with the names of all participants. For €21 you get a private room, bathroom and breakfast in someone's home. I did this on two occasions when I walked during a whole weekend. And in my experience the breakfast was huge, not just coffee, tea and some toast.

At a slight tangent to this, if you enjoy reading about people's walking experiences, I recommend The Salt Path, by Raynor Winn. It is her account of walking the Southwest Coastal path in the UK with her terminally ill husband. (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Raynor Winn). When I read the title of the thread, her book was the first thing that came to mind. Although I don't read books about walking experiences, her book was much more than that. Definitely a good read.
