Help finding Casa Ivar?

Hi! I am currently on Trav. Universidade, where my gps says I have arrived, but I'm at this square, on the side of an old church that looks to be turned into a university pavilion. I cannot find any address or any sign that says Casa Ivar.
Can someone help guide me in the right direction? Thanks!
