Thanks for the kind words. I took ~3,000 photos, so I guess I should get a couple of keepers 8-)

Buen Camino... when do start?

Wow!! What kind of camera/lens did you use?

The 2024 Camino guides will be coming out little by little. Here is a collection of the ones that are out so far.
Beautiful! With your phone?
90% of these photos are with my Sony RX-100 Vi. (it has a 24-200mm zoom lens) It is a great little camera & I have used it on both of my Caminos.
Highly recommended!!!

I did take some with my Pixel 6 phone, but the images really can't compare.

Asolutely stunning! Who doesn't want to return after seeing those? And, it looks like you had great weather! Buen Camino!

Thank you for sharing those incredible images, it's hard to pick a favourite! Thanks for also sharing what camera you used - what a great size for the Camino. I might need to treat myself. 😄

@JJinWI
Did you shoot these in RAW and do much in Post?
Or they came out of the can like this?
The colours are great.
Straight out of the camera... NOT :cool:

I shoot only RAW and do all my post-processing in Lightroom.

All of the sunrise shots required the most post-processing since I had to really underexpose the shots to save the highlights. Once in Lightroom, I could lift the shadows.

Because the camera only has a 1" sensor, the headroom is someone limited (as compared to my full-frame camera), and lifting the shadow too much introduces some noise.

Most of the other shots were a quick edit: use "Auto" and tweak with a little "Clarity".

Hope this makes sense.
