Most useless: antibiotic tablets. But I was with a friend who regularly gets pneumonia. So they were useful to stop us worrying about her catching an infection sleeping in albergues.
I agree with everything said here. Leave no trace. However I would bet good money that the majority of folks in this forum community get it and is mindful of their trash.
Sadly, this is becoming increasingly common on the Camino - whichever you walk. It's often commented on here.
