I waited 15 years to do this. I retired in 2020 and was supposed to start, but.....C O V I D. Then I needed a knee replacement. Finally, I just said, "I have to just go or it'll never happen". I bought my airfare that day!

My husband was supposed to accompany me, but after RVing full-time together for 2 years, I resolved to leave him home. LOL

He's a 'hurry-up-and-get-there' person and I'm the total opposite. For me, it's about the journey, not the destination. So I walked alone from SJPdP to Santiago.

I got my Compostela in Santiago on 2, OCT 2023.
