What about staying in Friol and heading towards Sobrado? There seems to be a few places to eat in Friol, as well as 3 supermercados and a service station. -

Search these boards and check Gronze...someone just walked the Primitivo last month, and if I remember correctly, said that Ferreira was a ghost town. I walked from Lugo to Ferreira on a Monday in late Sept 23, and only found two cafés open...
