There is no direct train at this time due to train and track maintenance. We traveled Step. 4, 2024, from Madrid Charmartin went to Ourense and then we were transfered to a monbus which they arranged. We completed our Camino Monday.

From T1 with 2 of you it might be about as fast and inexpensive to take a cab. Normally I would always opt for public transport, but with ongoing renovations at Chamartín a cab might be my choice at this time.
