  My husband always says 'A bad day on the bike (bicycle in this instance) is better than a good day at work. I agree, and kept telling myself when things got tough on my 2022 CF pilgramage that this beats working 😅

  Layer, then add more layers. Prioritize keeping your head and hands covered, and your feet dry and warm. Your poncho makes an effective wind break as well - adding to your warmth while walking - even if it is not raining. Hope this helps. Tom
