I stayed in quite a few private rooms on the Francés this year. The costs were about 30€ to 45€ for a single private room. Usually with private bath, but sometimes shared. I would add about 20€ to that for food.
If you go for private accomodation I would not budget below 50€/day. Despite cooking/preparing drinks by yourself. Cooking will also be limited in many of those places.
