Two hours is plenty of time, but I find it is it is also easy to get lost and turned around in T4, even though I've been through it at least a dozen times in hte last 5 or 6 years, so pay close attention to the signs and the movement of foot...

I echo @Kathar1na’s suggestion. Transfers and connections in Madrid depend crucially on the airlines you are flying. A two hour connection all in T4 is very different than a two hour connection that requires you to change terminals and check in...
