Correos just down from the Cathedral offers Paq Bicicleta Resto (€100). Should be OK to ship within the EU as there are no Customs formalities... -

International customs issues, etc. Why not a bike box that you can dispose of in France and buy a new one in SdC for your return trip. You could carry your spare parts, n’est pas?
