MIt will be December by the time you reach Galicia, a cold, wet mountainous region. A lightweight sleeping bag is the least you will need, even with blankets. And take gloves.

MSadly so. I have to travel 20 miles to find a place that sells a decent selection of fabric (and a very limited range of patterns). Recent purchases of curtaining and outdoor fabric have had to be online.
