In the beginning I believed the credentials to be my goal…..after two days, meeting the most interesting and engaging people on the camino, I realized it was all about the relationships and the joy of being a peregrino. The people along the way were friendly and generous; the trail is well marked and everyone had the peregrino spirit…..I am still overwhelmed at the experience. I did not get to Muxia but I did go to Finsterre. I was travelling alone but each day I met amazing Pilgrims willing to share their own journey. I now understand why people return to the Camino time and time again.
