A very good question @Robo. I walked my first Camino at mid-60 (Francés) and my 3rd, (Aragonés/Francés) last year at 67.
The days were a bit longer, I walked a bit slower, top bunks were a bit less desirable and ache/pains lasted a bit longer...
The results are in from the annual autumn questionnaire I send to all the albergues, and they are not as radical as they were last year.
Prices have increased, but not as frequently as they did from 2023 to 2024, when prices almost universally...
The pulperia in Melide definitely used a translation app when they created their menu.
To my knowledge they are the only place on the Camino where a hungry pilgrim can order a ‘Meat Bucket’.
