Hello everyone!!
It was over twenty years ago when I first thought of walking the camino together with my partner. He died and I thought this dream also went with him. Then eight years ago, I couldn't walk from an injury. I promised myself that when I was stronger that I would walk the Camino to Santiago. Last year, I bought the plane ticket and next week I will set foot on the camino. I feel so grateful to have this opportunity and I look forward to it with a multitude of feelings - joy, trepidation, curiosity, acceptance. Even as I write this I have tears because it is really happening and I am so excited that it is coming true! It has taken a lot to get me here and I am so grateful and feel so blessed.
