Why does this feel like the dumbest idea I've ever heard? Because it is. The camino is not sitting on the beach. The camino is 30 days of 26km distances everyday. We don't walk the camino to work. We walk it for the spiritual connection we get...

IMO it’s not a great idea for many reasons. I recommend doing a shorter Camino, where you have nothing else to think about but walk, eat, sleep, enjoy the landscape, food and drink, and your encounters with other people along the way.
