Go to Notre Dame (it is the old church, before the bridge) and attend Mass. Even if you are not a believer, it is a good experience.
There is a farmers' market in Mondays, and a local producers one (very good artisanal cheese, hams) in Thursdays...

As mentioned above, the Route Napoleon will be closed.
You can split the way to Roncesvalles in two (recommended with bad weather, very possible in March), staying in Valcarlos. The Albergue Municipal there was excellent when I stayed, some years...
