The fastest way will definitely flying, a direct flight is less than two hours. A train or bus ride would probably take a full day at best.

Vueling fly direct from Paris Orly to Asturias airport (OVD) outside Oviedo. Fast and cheap (most of the time anyway!). Buses from the airport into town.
