I spent 2 nights there and would have liked to stay one or to nights more. I was so happy to sit on the beach, to walk over the hills to the faro where i could have spent a whole day.
To enjoy the last days as a "cool down", I would not need anythong else than looking at the sea, good seafood...
You could take a bus next to Saint Cirq Lapopie to go to Cahors.
I did it years ago, and Rome2rio still shows the bus: leaving in Tour de Faure several times a day during the week and two times on sundays.
