I walked from Caldas de Reis to Padron today, and kept hearing booming sounds. It sounded like cannons going off in the hills around us. And now that I’m in Padron I’m hearing them again. Any idea what these are?
There are no direct trains. From Santiago to Lisbon by train you would probably need to change trains in Vigo and Porto. A simpler solution would be a bus to Porto then train from there to Lisbon if you do not fancy an 8 hour hour bus journey.
I’m trying to find a train that will get me to Lisbon from SdC, but all that’s showing up is a bus. Am I missing something?
If the bus is my option, anyone else here have experience with it! I’m not excited about an 8 hour bus ride….
