      See my comment above, as this does this. You simply specify how many nights at each stop... the default is 1 but you can set more.

      I second everybody else telling you to try a bunch of different shoes, see what works for your feet. I did the camino in Merrill Moab II hiking shoes. My wife wore Hoka Speedgoat trail runners both worked for us.
