I have to take weekly injections and I would bring my supplies with me. Does anyone know how to dispose of needles/syringes on the camino once used? Thanks!

Correos covers Sarria to Santiago through the winter, except a couple of days at Christmas. I don’t know if - and I doubt - there is coverage other than that. There simply are not enough holidaymakers, and those that are prepared to walk through... -
