Guy Strachan replied to the thread When did they start playing the bagpipes in the Praza do Obradoiro?.There was definitely a piper there when I finished my first Camino in 2013. Being Scottish it seemed like an appropriate welcome! Been one there aswell every other subsequent time I've passed through
