I cannot think of anything that is a 'must do' on any camino, other than perhaps staying safe. There are plenty of things that I would recommend, although it is some time since I walked that route, and things can change.

Damn that's beautiful. My next camino is already planned - but maybe the one after that should be a winter camino. I did it in 2017 in December arriving in Santiago 24.December. Only some heavy snow in O'Cebreiro and otherwise light snow the rest...
