  I contacted the Camino association in Malaga and they said the route is ok and the albergues are open. I'm planning to walk Malaga - Cordoba in late February

  The warning on Gronze has been removed. So it looks like (I hope) it is possible to walk from Malaga again. I am planning to walk from Malaga in februari.

  The nice thing about rubberised mattress covers is that one can clean them with a wipe down, before and/or after you use them.
