It is possible to do a tour of the roof of the Cathedral. The place to book is at ground level beside the complex of staircases to the main western door. If you cannot get an English tour it is well worth while taking a Spanish one. The views...

My favorite final 100km (or a bit more) is the Portuguese from Tui, including the Variante Espiritual.

caminocoffee replied to the thread Best 100KM route ( max 15 km per day -7/8 days max).I suggest the Portuguese from Tui to Santiago. You can do it in 8 days. Take a train from Porto to Valença. Cross the border bridge to Tui. We did it in June. It was a wonderful experience.
