I agree although the meats look good which I could eat but eggs cannot eat, last time had eggs was on the Camino del Norte five years ago..seem I cannot digest them...eggs seem to be a daily diet among Spaniards.

I'll eat everything except the eggs. unable to eat eggs cannot digest them. I feel they eat too many eggs in Spain, they seem to put them on everything

Having traversed a number of Caminos, it occurs to me that with the exception of the Parador in Leon I have not seen this style of breakfast on my pilgrim travels. Cheers
