The Pilgrim's Menu is three courses, usually 10 Euro or less and includes a choice of wine or water (hmmm tough choice). Something similar is offered almost everywhere. The second course is always served with fries (chips).
The Camino can be tough for vegetarians and people who want to stay away from gluten. My wife has a gluten sensitivity (in Canada) but ate the bread anyway without any problems. Could be the exercise or the fact that GMOs are less grown in Europe?
