I liked this shot. Been there done that, and one of the things I'm proud of is that my wife and I never considered the weather, snow, rain, or sun, we walked. Walk, eat, sleep; walk, eat, sleep; walk, eat, sleep. Thanks for sharing the photo.

Yes, we do talk to each other. It works out well, as my wife is 5'6" and I'm 6', but we have the same stride length, so we stay together when walking. Of course, on tough stretches, strenuous uphills, I may be talking to myself as well.
This really brings back memories of May 2013 and Route Napoleon. Austin, Pauline, Mary and I didn't expect these conditions but we made it and walked the whole way to Santiago.
When we crossed over the mountain from SJPDP to Roncesvalles, we encountered snow and freezing rain. We were very cold, and doing OK, until my wife, Theda, fell and sat down in the mud. I thought that she would freeze before we could get down the mountain and into Roncesvales. Still one of her favorite Camino stories.
