hope it didnt rain;)...but im amaze with the combination of blue sky and gloomy clouds.

Great photo, but is it really on the way to Carrion? Just looks more like the section after Carrion. Or is it on Brierley's alternate route? I walked this section in May 2017 but don't remember this area. Still as I said great photo. Cheers

Thanks for your comment! This is on the way to Carrion, but it is the 'river route', not the road route. As you leave Poblacion de Campos, you have the choice of walking on the road (and stopping at the tipi albergue for coffee) or walking the path next to the river until you get to the highway (P981) and turn left to Villalcazar de Sirga, then right into Carrion. I checked my photos from a few different years to make sure I had it right.

Hola Marylynn thanks for the response. Yes I know where you walked, I did that section also in May 2017. I just could not remember that section of road. Must be old age. Cheers

I think, too, that the angle of my camera or the lens setting makes the path look much wider. Other photos from other years at this same spot don’t look quite like this one, Couldn’t possibly be old age!
