Thanks for the info, old building fascinate me. Here in Canada we think a 100 years old building is old. I'm debating between going back to walk from Leon to Santiago or do the Camino Portuguese, both are attractive to me.
Indeed...in Palermo, Sicilia...there is a stone gate called “Porta Nuova”...(new gate) ...and when i checked, it was from 1583...when construction started. Putting things into prespective
