@redgoonerinoz@redgoonerinoz. We are going at end of April and during May 2107. Was it wet, muddy, misty, cold?? I know any sort of weather is possible but wondering what the weather at that time of the year was like for you
We started our first Camino on 21 April 2017, heading over the top after a night at Orisson. The skies were clear and the wind was blowing hard. Here’s how it looked for us.
me too...in fact the first day was my favorite day of the entire Camino. We got a late start (around 9:15) as we were meeting two people who trained over from Bayonne that morning. We got the start, hit Orisson a little later than normal and had a picture perfect day. My second favorite day was similar (far hotter temperature) in that I went from Astorga to El Acebo...clear day. In both cases, I had the Camino to myself in the latter part of the afternoon and that was a really enjoyable feeling
