I think they are working on something in the theaters first, then DVD later. It might take a while for the DVD to come out.

I purchased and received the DVD, but can't play in the United States as I get a forbidden code. I assume that it is due to the country code that one has to set on the dvd players when purchased. If anyone has any advise on how I can watch it would appreciate it. thanks

@DanielH Hmm... I thought this DVD was "region free", but it sounds like it is not. Have you tried it on your computer?

@ivar I have without success. I have an IT friend visiting for the holiday and will ask him to take a look. If it doesn't I'm still keeping it for future. thanks
