The Joy of Only 100 More to Walk - Only a Pilgrim Would Understand

@ffp13 Sadly the next 5 days were not my favourite part of the Camino Frances. When asked which part I would leave out that would be the section.
 
We found these light weight Sea to Summit Ponchos (.37 kg) adequate under all but high wind conditions. I later solved the problem by sewing up the open sides.
 
A friend of mine commented that I look like 'Quasimodo' (the hunchback of Notre Dame) in this picture. Which raises the question - with waterproof pack covers - of pack under? or pack out?
 
I understand it is correct that it no longer represents the correct distance. It would get good if the local authorities could clean it up. Mike
