The climb up to the Meseta from Castrojerez - a great way to start the day!

My left foot was so sore when we reached the bottom of the climb. I looked over to my brother in law, I said ‘right Keith up in one, no no stopping!’.... and we did! The view from the top was excellent!
 
We were very pleased to hit that climb early in the morning. It was cool, but after a short while the sweat appeared so we appreciated that it wasn't hotter. And of course, at each pause there was the view to appreciate as we got higher up :)
I remember the cyclers having a lot harder time than we were! I took a pic for a group of them at the top. I had to check my own pics of that hill and see I was there the day before you! May 3, 2016 was a beautiful day too!
 
I did that hill early morning through fog and mist only to come out on top of the cloud into beautiful clear sky, looking down on the misty valley below.
