And I did it again!! Made the same point........ It's the look of that breakfast.

Saint Mike II
In both 2015 & 2017 I stayed in the Parador San Marco (before it closed for major renovations). They did serve (buffet style) a breakfast selection that was similar to the above photo. I had some but not all components. But I agree I have not seen it at other establishments. Cheers
