According to La Rioja's web-page:

I do it by opening the page in another tab. At the top above the window you should be able to read the full address. This one is

Assuming that you can see it:- highlight it and right click on the highlighting, then copy. Go back to the post you are replying to:- click on the URL button above and paste. Then move your cursor outside the brackets before continuing. When you preview or submit the post you should have a live link.
