Midway point with Sellos between Vigo and Redondola

We are starting in Vigo at the Church of Santa Maria. For a number of reasons, we will not make it all the way to Redondola the first day, so will split the stage. We know that there is the Cafe at Cabanas- O Eido Vello. Are there any other good halfway spots we can head for, where we can get a sello, then return to start again the next day? Has anyone stopped at the Mosteiro De Bietas de Trasmano or any of the petroglyph sites that show on Google maps? Thanks.
